One of the fence posts was rotten:
Causing the post to lean. I added a fence post spur to support the existing post:
Plastic bin-liner to protect the post from moister:
Existing post screwed to supporting spur and topped with a cap to prevent rot. You can see a picture of this further down where it was painted along with the rest of the new fence panels:
